Not only did they work with our insurance to get the whole roof covered (insurance was only going to cover about 80% initially) but also got us on the schedule right away since we were getting it done before selling our home. Shane came out quickly to look at a roof leak. They tarped it and informed me that I really needed a new roof (it was over 20 years old and had wind damage). He provided me with several options, and even came out a couple of times to show me samples, as I had a hard time making up my mind. The installation team was professional, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Shane and his team!
